Shipping

UPRISN offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed at our fulfillment partner and shipped via standard ground carriers. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We're a small, intentional operation running limited drops rather than mass inventory, so processing times can vary by release. Current processing and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, UPRISN ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added in future drops — join our list to be notified.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If your UPRISN piece isn't right, we offer easy 30-day returns from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@uprisn.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with next steps and a return address.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us at hello@uprisn.com and we'll help get you into the right fit, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
